Individual

The therapy room is a place for you to take up space, tell your story, process what happened or what you think might happen—it is a place to be heard and supported. It is a place to identify what skills you want to foster and then practice those skills in a safe and warm environment. I am here for you no matter what you are going through. I bring warmth, acceptance, wonder for what you have experienced, and curiosity about the person you want to be.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

I believe that people of all ages deserve to be seen and listened to in a way that works for them. Whether it is through play therapy, art therapy, story telling, or simply co-regulating, I strive to create a space where children and adolescents feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we set goals and build skills that best support how they relate to themselves, their relationships, their family system, and the world around them. I have experience working with ADHD, autism, differently abled, and queer LGBTQ youth.

Family Therapy

Families can be both complicated and beautiful. There is often a lot going on between school, work, friends, and other commitments. There are often also intergenerational factors and patterns at play that affect how family systems operate. I take into account the complexity of the different parts and seek to bring simplicity to the whole by teaching communication skills and acknowledging feelings. Family therapy sessions are focused on strengthening family bonds, understanding how the family system functions, acknowledging feelings, and improving communication.
